Throughout the entire project, Baytech team worked with us closely to ensure that we were completely satisfied. The project tasks were outlined clearly from the beginning, and they worked hard to ensure we met our relatively tight deadline. In addition, our Project Manager was very accessible. She always responded promptly to our questions and concerns and made sure that we were truly happy with the solution.

The development of the site was far more complex than we imagined. However, we are so pleased with the finished product. The custom features that Baytech developed for us based on our brainstorming sessions are some highlights of our new site.
The turnaround time on our changes and issues was amazing. I would literally type in an issue found on the site and within minutes, I could see the changes already implemented on the front end.

Our project manager was always friendly, reliable and extremely accessible. She has the ability to resolve problems and answer questions (no matter how silly) without making the client feel uneducated. I would definitely request her services again.
