i-Support
Introduction
i-Support’s mission is to raise social awareness in the marketplace by building a cause-related consumer network that matches people with companies based on charitable interests. It is i-Support’s goal to create a system that would benefit consumers, charities, and businesses simultaneously in order to provide consumers with the information to make cause-related purchases. While not acting as an alternative to donating, it is the hope of i-Support to make a more informed choice on who you may choose to spend your money with.
Challenges
i-Support turned to Baytech to develop the website that would be the centerpiece for their ambitious project. In developing their customized portal website, Baytech worked with i-Support to define their requirements and their business in order to ensure that their goal for the site would be met. Through steady consultation, Baytech was able to come up with a development strategy to make a custom portal that could organize information and would allow charities, businesses, and consumers to effectively communicate with each other.
